Service Description

Prepare people to be confident joyful lifelong learners who are able to master new / technical subjects, value and hold proud the diversity they and others bring to the workplace. Cohorts will have: • Demystified the brain’s learning process, and memory to increase learning and study confidence. • An understanding of their own and others learning styles and types of Intelligences. • Diminished any leftover self-limiting beliefs from school, past experiences or negative influences, • Gained strategies for maximising their own ability for the transfer and application of new knowledge and skills • Develop personalised study hacks, notetaking, test preparation and knowledge recall. • Can tackle procrastination with tactics and a toolkit. • Put to ‘use’ the brain’s key fundamentally different thinking and learning modes. • Understand the power of sleep and breaks in building knowledge. • Understand the power of being teachable - Shoshin (初心) is a word from Zen Buddhism meaning "beginner's mind." It refers to having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions • Know how to seek out and get the best from Mentors, online learning and MOOCs.
